The interface has been upgraded and the toolbars and sidebar now include many new options for filtering views. For example you can now filter the products that are sold to one customer, or by one salesman without having to resort to a special script. Or you can check out the customers that buy one product and their weekly, monthly, quarterly purchasing patterns.
Large datasets can be reduced to more relevant datasets by creating subsets based on a focus selection, or can be reduced to a shorter period than the standard 2 years that currently are imported by default. If you for example want just a weekly summary for the past 3 months, or a daily summary for the past fortnight, then this is easily accomplished with new import options. Even in existing datasets dates can be altered so that you can focus on one specific time period.
